Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct nightly patrols across designated Tanglin areas to ensure visitor safety and facility security
- Provide courteous assistance and information to visitors, staff, and local residents
- Monitor environmental conditions and promptly report maintenance issues, hazards, or wildlife concerns
- Operate communication systems to coordinate with security teams and emergency services
- Document patrol activities, incident reports, and observations using digital tools
- Enforce park regulations while maintaining positive public relations
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless security transitions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid Security Officer certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations calmly
- Excellent physical fitness for extended outdoor work in varied weather conditions
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Proficiency in using mobile patrol applications and reporting systems
- Previous experience in security, customer service, or outdoor roles preferred
