Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the facility to ensure site security.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and surveillance systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures at security checkpoints during the night shift.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergency incidents, or security breaches, following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of all occurrences, patrols, and shift incidents in the daily occurrence book.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and emergency services as required during shift operations.
- Ensure the safety and integrity of the nature-integrated facility by identifying potential hazards or maintenance issues.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in the security industry or equivalent uniformed group background is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid PLRD security license.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit to perform sustained patrols throughout the shift.
- Professional conduct and high integrity in handling confidential site information.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems for security reporting and CCTV monitoring.
