Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional pattern-making experience in garment manufacturing
- Proficiency in pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra)
- Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical design specifications
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and grading
