- Create detailed and accurate apparel patterns from technical sketches and design specifications
- Develop grading systems for multiple garment sizes while maintaining design integrity
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret concepts and translate them into production-ready patterns
- Construct prototypes and fit samples to validate pattern accuracy and garment drape
- Optimize marker layouts to minimize fabric waste and maximize production efficiency
- Update and maintain pattern libraries with industry best practices and technical standards
- Implement pattern-making software solutions (e.g., Gerber, Optitex) for digital pattern development
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in pattern-making techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional pattern-making experience in apparel manufacturing
- Proficiency in digital pattern-making software (Gerber, Optitex, or Adobe Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and grading principles
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and design sketches accurately
- Experience with fit analysis and prototype development for various garment categories
- Knowledge of marker-making processes and fabric utilization optimization
- Detail-oriented approach with precision in measurements and pattern adjustments
