Tanggung Jawab
- Handle fare collection and payment processing for public transport commuters
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to passengers
- Operate ticketing machines and electronic payment systems
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with crowd management during peak hours
- Report any technical issues or irregularities to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' levels or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and numerical skills
