We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payment Gateway Analyst Supervisor to join our Talent Pool at Eraya. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integrity and efficiency of our payment processing ecosystems, ensuring seamless transaction experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring daily payment activities across various platforms, validating complex payment promotions against strict terms and conditions, and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Transaction Monitoring: Oversee and monitor daily payment transactions across all active platforms to ensure 100% visibility and accuracy.
- Promotion Validation: Confirm and validate each payment promotion against specific terms and conditions to prevent revenue leakage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of payment gateway data with financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Error Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate payment gateway errors or system failures to the technical and finance teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimize payment workflows.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on payment trends, system performance, and potential fraud risks.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in payment gateway management, fraud detection, or financial reconciliation.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a finance or operations department.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
