Nityo Infotech is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payment Operations & Reconciliation Specialist on behalf of our client, a prominent and fast-scaling Technology Company in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing transactional integrity, auditing high-volume payment flows, and ensuring that our financial operations scale seamlessly with our business growth.
As a key member of the payment operations team, you will bridge the gap between financial control and engineering. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing reconciliation systems that handle millions of monthly transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly transactional reconciliation across multiple payment methods including virtual accounts, e-wallets, credit cards, and retail outlets.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies, failed settlements, and partner dispute cases in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve and automate manual reconciliation workflows and toolings.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor payment gateway success rates, transaction latencies, and settlement performance.
- Draft comprehensive financial reconciliation reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and payment gateways to ensure smooth dispute resolution and operational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in payment operations, reconciliation, or transaction monitoring within a Fintech, E-commerce, or banking environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large transactional datasets and high-level mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian payment ecosystem, including BI-FAST, virtual accounts, e-money, and local switching networks.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical API issues and payment flow disruptions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder coordination.
