Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial technology and global markets? We are seeking a highly motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment operations, ensuring that all CFD (Contract for Difference) transactions are processed with precision, security, and maximum efficiency across our global markets.
You will act as the backbone of our financial operations, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external payment providers to resolve discrepancies, mitigate risks, and optimize transaction workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an analytical mindset coupled with a strong understanding of international banking procedures and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers for CFD trading accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions to ensure high accuracy and minimize financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with payment service providers (PSPs) and banking partners to troubleshoot transaction failures and optimize gateway performance.
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal financial risk management policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports on payment flow, success rates, and processing latency for management review.
- Manage customer inquiries related to payment statuses and financial documentation with a high degree of professionalism.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment workflows and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, or financial back-office roles, preferably within the fintech or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including credit cards, e-wallets, and international wire transfers.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data management software; familiarity with CRM and trading platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying irregularities and fraudulent patterns.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
