You will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration for our partners while maintaining the high standards of speed, reliability, and security that Wise is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the operational implementation of Wise Platform solutions for new and existing enterprise partners.
- Design and document robust payment workflows, balancing regulatory compliance with user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to troubleshoot integration roadblocks.
- Manage partner expectations and provide technical operational support during the go-live phase and beyond.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to global payment regulations and Wise’s internal risk management frameworks.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Wise’s payment capabilities, providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payment operations, implementation, or technical account management within the fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment rails, SWIFT, local clearing systems, and API-based integrations.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
