Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions across multiple banking platforms
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records and bank statements
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for financial review and compliance
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal departments to resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions and audit trails
- Implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency
- Support month-end closing activities and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in payment reconciliation or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking protocols and financial regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
