As the Payroll and C&B Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience by managing end-to-end payroll operations and designing competitive compensation and benefits frameworks. Working closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership, you will ensure that our payroll and C&B strategies are not only operationally efficient but also fully aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead the payroll and compensation & benefits sections, setting strategic direction and operational standards.
- Oversee the entire payroll lifecycle to ensure 100% timely and accurate salary disbursement and reporting.
- Develop, review, and administer C&B policies, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages.
- Liaise closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors for payroll funding, forecasting, and compliance audits.
- Handle complex payroll calculations, including overtime, shift allowances, claims, and statutory deductions.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organization’s total rewards remain competitive and equitable.
- Ensure strict and up-to-date adherence to the Malaysian Employment Act, SOCSO, EPF, PCB, and HRDF regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of payroll and C&B professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience specifically in payroll and C&B management.
- At least 2 years of proven experience leading a payroll or compensation & benefits team in a medium-to-large organization.
- Deep, working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll processing software (SAP, SQL, or HRIS), and statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and HR analytics.
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Labuan is preferred.
