Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to make your mark in the fast-paced F&B industry? US Pizza, a rapidly expanding brand, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Payroll Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to lead our payroll operations in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial compliance and employee compensation processes. You will work closely with HR and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution for our diverse team members across our F&B outlets. If you have a sharp eye for numbers, a deep understanding of Malaysian labor regulations, and a drive for operational excellence, we want you to join our growing family.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-outlet F&B workforce with high accuracy.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (Monthly Tax Deduction).
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and operational managers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, variance analyses, and management summaries for the Finance Department.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS/Payroll system to reflect personnel changes, transfers, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during internal and external payroll audits.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows to increase efficiency and data security.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and current Malaysian labor and tax legislations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsessive attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict, recurring monthly deadlines.
