As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and company policies. You will be the go-to person for payroll-related inquiries, working closely with HR and finance departments to streamline processes and implement improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to timelines.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records, including employee master data, leave adjustments, and overtime calculations.
- Generate detailed payroll reports for management review and financial analysis.
- Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in annual audits and ensure internal control compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement improvements to streamline payroll operations.
- Stay updated with the latest MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and tax filing obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll administration or finance operations.
- Strong proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Timesoft, or similar systems) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF contributions, and IR8A tax reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly payroll deadlines.
