You will be the key figure ensuring all aspects of employee administration, from managing multi-entity payroll to maintaining office facilities. PT Jeje Harapan Transindo is looking for a dedicated professional to lead our human resources operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. In this role, you will ensure that our team is paid accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, ensuring all HR documentation complies with local regulations.
  • Manage office facility maintenance and logistics to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Handle general HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual HR reports, including payroll summaries and attendance records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for facility management and other HR-related services.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and labor laws to mitigate risk.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Payroll, HR Management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
  • Experience in facility management or general office administration is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
