You will be the key figure ensuring all aspects of employee administration, from managing multi-entity payroll to maintaining office facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, ensuring all HR documentation complies with local regulations.
- Manage office facility maintenance and logistics to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Handle general HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Prepare monthly and annual HR reports, including payroll summaries and attendance records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility management and other HR-related services.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and labor laws to mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Payroll, HR Management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
- Experience in facility management or general office administration is a plus.
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
