J&T Cargo is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our compensation operations, ensuring that our valued employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
As our Payroll Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, leverage HRIS platforms for data accuracy, and provide critical support to the HR department. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent analytical skills, and maintains a high level of integrity regarding confidential payroll information.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full-cycle monthly payroll process for all employees accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring all data is current, validated, and secure.
- Calculate and process variable pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, summaries, and audit documents for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan, and PPh 21 tax reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, and payroll-related policy questions.
- Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations (PPh 21), and social security requirements (BPJS).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or Payroll software systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with an obsessive attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
