Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for company employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Handle monthly tax calculations (PPh 21) and statutory deductions including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data within the HRIS/Payroll system.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company finance policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports and reconciliations for management review.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to resolve any payroll-related queries or discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax reporting and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in payroll administration or accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical functions is a must).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21) and social security systems (BPJS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience using payroll software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
