Coherent is seeking a highly analytical Payroll Systems & Automation Analyst to join our team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between human resources, information technology, and finance, ensuring that our payroll ecosystem remains accurate, efficient, and fully integrated.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of data flows between our HRIS platforms, timekeeping modules, and ADP payroll systems. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting interface failures, and proposing automation strategies to eliminate manual data entry errors. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and validate complex employee data integrations between HR, timekeeping, and ADP payroll systems.
- Proactively investigate and resolve system interface failures to ensure payroll processing remains uninterrupted.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual processing time.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to conduct regular audits of payroll data and system configurations.
- Document system processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data mapping requirements.
- Support year-end payroll processes, including tax filings and regulatory reporting updates.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to test and implement system patches, updates, or new module deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, systems analysis, or HRIS management.
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll platforms and integrated HRIS software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical data discrepancies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
