- Design and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium/Cadence)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate product specifications into PCB designs
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effective PCB production
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC testing
- Partner with quality teams to resolve manufacturing defects
- Document design specifications and maintain revision control
- Support prototype testing and validation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years of PCB design experience with consumer electronics
- Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro)
- Familiarity with IPC-2221/IPC-2222 standards
- Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuits
- Strong problem-solving skills for hardware debugging
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles for mass production
