Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze design schematics to plan layout of PCB components, including dense multilayer boards
- Design various types of high-speed optical components with optimal signal integrity and thermal management
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure designs meet functional requirements and specifications
- Generate manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, drill files, and assembly drawings
- Perform design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure design compliance
- Optimize PCB layouts for cost, performance, and manufacturability
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on PCB design best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in PCB design and high-speed electronics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in PCB layout design, with emphasis on high-speed designs
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics
- Strong understanding of high-speed design principles, including signal integrity and power integrity
- Experience with multilayer PCB design, RF circuits, and optical components preferred
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
