Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into hardware designs
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and cost constraints
- Perform design reviews, simulations, and prototype testing for validation
- Generate and maintain technical documentation including schematics and assembly drawings
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, signal integrity, and thermal performance
- Support production troubleshooting and design improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in PCB layout and hardware design
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and PCB manufacturing
- Experience with schematic capture, component selection, and DFM analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
