We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCBA Senior Engineer or Team Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Klang/Port Klang. As a key player in our production operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes, ensuring high-quality output, and leading a team of skilled technicians. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily PCBA production processes, ensuring output meets all engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and assembly technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and logistics, to ensure material availability and process efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding production performance and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, write, and speak).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and assembly processes is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality excellence.
