ASFIL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCO Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. As a PCO Engineer, you will serve as the central point of coordination for project activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project timelines, analyzing engineering data, and generating comprehensive progress reports for senior management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure strict adherence to engineering standards. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can maintain high levels of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze project data and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to identify resource requirements and potential bottlenecks.
- Manage budget tracking, cost control measures, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and project managers to resolve issues effectively.
- Update and maintain project documentation, including risk registers and logbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Control Officer or Engineering coordination role.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex engineering data and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
