Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure 100% compliance with DENR, DOLE, and FDA regulations regarding environmental, occupational health, and safety standards.
- Serve as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO), managing hazardous waste disposal and environmental monitoring.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards or sanitation risks within the production area.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, hygiene policies, and sanitation schedules to maintain product integrity.
- Facilitate safety orientations, emergency response training, and drill exercises for all factory personnel.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance reports for all audits and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with management to resolve safety issues and improve overall facility health and sanitation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Accredited PCO (Pollution Control Officer) training certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine environmental and labor laws (DENR, DOLE, FDA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in document control, report generation, and audit preparation.
