Tanggung Jawab
- Execute floorplanning, placement, and routing for complex CPU/GPU/VPU ASIC designs
- Optimize timing, power, and area (PPA) through physical design iterations
- Perform comprehensive physical verification including DRC, LVS, and ERC checks
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve timing violations and physical constraints
- Develop and maintain physical design methodologies and best practices
- Analyze post-layout timing and power to meet performance targets
- Interface with foundries to ensure design compliance with process rules
- Generate and present physical design reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ASIC physical design (CPU/GPU/VPU preferred)
- Proficiency in Synopsys IC Compiler, Cadence Innovus, or similar EDA tools
- Strong understanding of timing analysis, power analysis, and ECO flows
- Expertise in floorplanning, placement, routing, and physical verification
- Experience with high-performance processor design methodologies
- Knowledge of advanced process nodes (7nm/5nm or below)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
