In this dynamic position within the Process Development Engineering (PDE) team, you will leverage cutting-edge data analytics, machine learning (AI), and advanced process control systems to identify root causes of yield loss and implement robust corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Integration, Equipment, and Product Engineering to drive continuous improvement and ramp new technologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead yield enhancement activities for advanced memory products, utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and advanced defect reduction methodologies.
- Analyze large datasets from wafer fabrication processes to identify systematic yield limiters and random defect sources.
- Collaborate with Process Integration and Equipment Engineering teams to design and execute experiments (DOE) for process optimization.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to predict yield trends and proactively identify process excursions.
- Drive root cause analysis of low-yielding material and implement effective containment and permanent corrective actions (8D, FMEA).
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for yield, defect density, and bin sort categories.
- Present yield improvement plans and results to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document technical findings and characterize new processes to ensure smooth technology transfers and production ramp-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor yield enhancement, process engineering, or data engineering within a wafer fab environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as JMP, Python, SQL, or Spotfire. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, metrology principles, and defect inspection techniques (brightfield, darkfield, e-beam).
- Proven track record of driving yield improvement projects with clearly measurable results (e.g., defect density reduction, yield uplift).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to root cause analysis using 8D, Fishbone, or FMEA methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
- Knowledge of advanced process control (APC), run-to-run (R2R) control, and memory device physics is highly advantageous.
