Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used vehicles
- Identify, document, and rectify mechanical defects, cosmetic imperfections, and missing components
- Perform system functionality tests including electrical, engine, transmission, and safety features
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery through detailing, fueling, and final quality assurance
- Maintain accurate inspection records and repair documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless handovers
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Technology or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as PDI Technician or Automotive Service Technician
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and vehicle testing equipment
- Certification in vehicle inspection procedures (e.g., ASE, NTUC) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with systematic problem-solving abilities
- Valid Class 3 driving license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of vehicle warranty and compliance requirements
