Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Execute detailed mechanical and electrical system checks according to technical specifications.
- Document inspection findings accurately and report any defects or deviations to the production team.
- Perform necessary adjustments, calibrations, or minor repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Verify that all safety features and operational controls are functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues during the final handover process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines.
- Assist in the documentation of inspection logs and maintenance records for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a PDI, maintenance, or quality control role within an engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals and blueprints effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight production schedules.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
