Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and optimize CAM tooling data for PCB fabrication based on customer specifications and internal manufacturing guidelines.
- Translate engineering design data (Gerber files, drill files, etc.) into manufacturing instructions for various production stages.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure efficient and high-yield production.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering and Production teams to troubleshoot and resolve CAM-related production issues, improving overall process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain CAM programs, tooling designs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PCB manufacturing.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing initial tooling and verifying manufacturability.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CAM software and associated databases.
- Ensure all tooling preparation adheres to industry standards, quality protocols, and customer specific requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a CAM Technician or Process Engineer in the PCB manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Genesis, Ucam, CAM350, Valor) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of PCB fabrication processes, materials, and quality standards (IPC standards).
- Experience with Gerber data, drill files, and DFM principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
