Join Inventec Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as a PE/ME Engineer and drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role leads New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring seamless transition from design to mass production while maintaining rigorous quality standards. You'll optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to deliver innovative solutions that meet global market demands. Your expertise will directly impact product lifecycle management, ensuring scalable and sustainable manufacturing processes that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from prototype to mass production
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies for manufacturing efficiency
- Ensure production readiness through equipment validation and workflow standardization
- Monitor and maintain product quality through statistical process control methods
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing systems
- Document technical specifications and standard operating procedures
- Analyze production data to identify cost reduction opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of NPI methodologies and mass production systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
- Experience with quality control frameworks (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
