Min Aik Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Masjid Tanah, Melaka. This role is crucial in ensuring robust process flows for new programs and supporting our production operations to achieve operational excellence.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for reviewing product drawings, developing process improvements, and implementing quality assurance measures that drive efficiency and reduce production costs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and design engineering to deliver innovative solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review product drawings and technical specifications to ensure manufacturability and quality standards
- Develop and implement robust process flows for new production programs
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and industry standards
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process instructions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and process validation
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to production staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in process engineering or production engineering roles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English; Malay language is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
