We are seeking driven engineers and technicians to own Final Test (FT) quality, yield, and throughput across New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production. Tanggung Jawab
- Own Final Test (FT) quality, yield, and throughput across NPI and mass production
- Develop and implement robust testing methodologies and procedures
- Analyze test data to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
- Optimize test processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Document and maintain test procedures, specifications, and reports
- Train and mentor team members on testing procedures and equipment operation
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or electronics testing
- Strong knowledge of Final Test processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Experience with test equipment and automation systems
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
