Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive implementation of Pearson Edexcel curriculum across grade levels
- Ensure syllabus coverage alignment with international educational standards
- Coordinate teacher training workshops on Edexcel methodologies and assessment criteria
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Liaise with Edexcel examiners and regional education authorities
- Develop academic calendars and assessment schedules
- Lead cross-departmental curriculum integration initiatives
- Track student performance data and adjust instructional strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Pearson Edexcel curriculum
- Proven leadership in curriculum development and implementation
- Strong understanding of international education frameworks
- Certification in educational administration or curriculum design
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Indonesian)
- Experience in teacher training and professional development
- Proficiency with educational technology and data analysis tools
