Atria Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Pelaksana to join our growing construction team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor teams to maintain productivity and quality.
- Monitor the usage of construction materials to minimize waste and ensure project budget compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports regarding project progress and site challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain strict quality control measures for all structural and finishing works.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Pelaksana in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural designs accurately.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Willingness to be deployed on-site within the Jakarta Raya region.
- Certification in K3 Konstruksi (Occupational Health and Safety) is highly preferred.
