Tanggung Jawab
- Operate pellet mill machinery and auxiliary equipment in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production output closely to ensure consistent pellet quality, size, and density.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Identify and report any machinery defects, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate production logs, material records, and inventory usage data.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider production team to meet daily and weekly operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous work experience in a mill environment or general manufacturing setting is required.
- Familiarity with ISO and HACCP standards is highly preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow technical manuals or diagrams.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as needed to support production schedules.
