PT AUCMA INDONESIA INDUSTRY is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Mandarin Translator to join our dynamic team in Central Java. As a key link in our daily operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between our Mandarin-speaking management and the local Indonesian team. This role is ideal for an experienced translator who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling technical and administrative translation tasks with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate effective communication by interpreting Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa during meetings and daily operations.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company correspondence accurately.
- Assist management in coordinating with local departments to ensure operational goals are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and business communications.
- Provide language support for expatriate staff in their daily tasks and interactions.
- Prepare written reports and minutes of meetings in both languages as required.
- Bridge cultural and linguistic gaps to maintain smooth team synergy and workplace harmony.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with HSK Level 5 or higher certification preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle cross-cultural interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple translation priorities.
- Willingness to be based in Central Java.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite) for documentation purposes.
