PT AUCMA INDONESIA INDUSTRY is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Mandarin Translator to join our dynamic team in Central Java. As a key link in our daily operations, you will be responsible for bridging communication gaps between our international stakeholders, management, and local staff to ensure seamless productivity.
We are looking for a candidate who is not only fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and Indonesian but also possesses the cultural competency to facilitate effective business negotiations and technical documentation. In this role, you will play a vital part in the company's growth, ensuring that all communications are accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, factory walkthroughs, and business discussions between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and general business correspondence.
- Act as a communication bridge between expatriate management and local employees to maintain harmonious working relations.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading written documents to ensure high-quality output.
- Accompany management during visits or discussions to provide real-time translation support.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain the integrity of business communications.
- Assist in general administrative tasks related to cross-border communication as required by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or HSK 6 preferred) and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of business, technical, and industrial terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to site-specific needs.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working in Central Java.
