Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for interior design and on-site project management? Starlead Technology is seeking a bilingual Pengawas Lapangan & Designer to bridge the gap between creative vision and on-site execution.
In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our design team on the ground, ensuring that our interior and construction projects are executed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to timelines. Because our operations involve coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, your fluency in Mandarin is essential for clear communication and technical documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily interior and construction activities on-site to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Translate design concepts into reality by monitoring progress against technical drawings and blueprints.
- Prepare and update 3D design models as needed to address on-site field conditions or client requests.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local site teams and Mandarin-speaking management/clients.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure material availability and project timelines.
- Document daily project progress, highlighting potential issues and proposing actionable solutions.
- Ensure all finishing touches meet our company's high standards for interior aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Mandarin Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin fluently (HSK level or equivalent preferred).
- Strong proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or AutoCAD).
- Proven experience in on-site construction supervision or project management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret complex technical architectural drawings.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to project sites in the Tangerang Selatan area.
