Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for pension loan products in Bekasi/Bogor region
- Proactively approach potential clients through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Conduct detailed product presentations explaining pension loan features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through post-sale service and follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities and product refinements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales/marketing experience in banking or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and pension schemes
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
