Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote personal pension credit products to prospective clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide personalized retirement planning solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Stay updated on financial market trends and regulatory changes affecting pension products
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client retention
- Knowledge of pension products, retirement planning, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
