Lemonilo is a fast-growing health-tech and FMCG company dedicated to making healthy living accessible to all Indonesians. We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented People Admin & HRIS Sr Lead to spearhead our human resources operations and digital transformation strategy.

In this mission-critical role, you will be the backbone of our People team, ensuring that our HR administrative processes are not only compliant but also optimized for efficiency. You will lead the management of our HRIS ecosystem, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end HR administrative operations, including payroll coordination, leave management, and personnel document maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary lead for HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies across all administrative functions.
  • Design, document, and streamline HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee data integrity and generate advanced people analytics reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships regarding HR technology solutions, benefits, and third-party administrative services.
  • Provide training and guidance to the HR team on system usage and compliance best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing HRIS platforms and advanced knowledge of Excel or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement and system automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
