Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end talent development programs to enhance employee competency.
- Manage the performance management cycle, including KPI monitoring, goal setting, and evaluation processes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development opportunities across all departments.
- Provide analytical reports on organizational health, turnover, and performance metrics to management.
- Support organizational development projects, including restructuring, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and soft-skills training to foster employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align team performance with company strategic objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and KPI monitoring systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
