Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a proactive People and Organization Development Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind talent cultivation, performance management, and structural growth initiatives that empower our workforce.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying development gaps, executing training programs, and ensuring that our performance management systems translate strategy into tangible results. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement end-to-end talent development programs to enhance employee competency.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including KPI monitoring, goal setting, and evaluation processes.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development opportunities across all departments.
  • Provide analytical reports on organizational health, turnover, and performance metrics to management.
  • Support organizational development projects, including restructuring, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and soft-skills training to foster employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align team performance with company strategic objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and KPI monitoring systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
