Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about nurturing talent and driving organizational excellence? Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera is looking for a visionary People Development Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives in Pademangan, Jakarta.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our human capital growth, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with the company’s long-term vision and mission. You will design comprehensive training programs, spearhead performance management strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with leadership to bridge the gap between business objectives and employee growth, transforming our internal talent pool into our greatest competitive advantage.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People Development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Design, facilitate, and oversee training programs to upskill employees across all levels.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide coaching for management development.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create structured career succession plans.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure initiatives are relevant and impactful.
  • Manage the internal learning budget and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through KPIs.
  • Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and competency mapping.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change and development projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable development insights.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
