Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive People Development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Design, facilitate, and oversee training programs to upskill employees across all levels.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide coaching for management development.
- Identify high-potential talent and create structured career succession plans.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure initiatives are relevant and impactful.
- Manage the internal learning budget and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through KPIs.
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and competency mapping.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and development projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable development insights.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
