Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive employee development programs including leadership training, skill-building workshops, and career path frameworks
- Conduct talent gap analyses and create personalized development plans for high-potential employees
- Facilitate onboarding initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires into company culture
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and employee feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill needs and align development strategies with business objectives
- Develop and maintain learning management systems and digital training resources
- Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in talent development or HR training roles within retail/consumer goods industry
- Strong facilitation skills with experience designing interactive learning experiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in HR development programs (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to analyze training needs and measure program ROI
- Experience implementing development programs in multi-location retail environments
