Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Design and facilitate training workshops, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization.
- Implement feedback loops and performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture that aligns with Pilates Re Bar values.
- Track and analyze L&D metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Partner with department heads to support career pathing and succession planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training materials and workshops.
- Knowledge of modern HR tools, learning management systems (LMS), and assessment techniques.
- Deep commitment to employee well-being and a passion for the wellness/fitness industry.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
