Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily HR operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new and departing staff.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HRIS systems.
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives within the department.
- Act as a mediator for conflict resolution and provide HR guidance to managers and staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine workplace policies and improve overall employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or Hospitality management roles.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a part-time basis (3 days a week).
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Singapore’s employment laws and labor regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
