Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive Organization Development (OD) strategies to improve operational efficiency and company culture.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and design effective people development programs.
- Facilitate leadership development and employee upskilling workshops to bridge performance gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage change initiatives and organizational restructuring projects.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR and OD programs.
- Manage succession planning and high-potential talent identification processes.
- Maintain internal communication channels to ensure alignment on organizational values and development goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or L&D.
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, change management methodologies, and modern learning strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced setting.
