Royal Lestari Utama is currently seeking a dedicated and organized People & Services Officer to join our team in Kalimantan Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily employee facility operations to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain company assets, including employee housing, office infrastructure, and communal facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all site facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee facility-related inquiries and service requests.
- Prepare regular reports on facility usage, maintenance costs, and service improvements.
- Support general HR administrative tasks and employee welfare initiatives as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, facility management, or HR operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple facility-related tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams in a remote or plantation environment.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Timur.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and operational maintenance.
