In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing plant performance to ensure maximum output, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will interpret complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks, improve thermal efficiency, and support the long-term strategic goals of our power generation assets.
You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, contributing to the implementation of performance improvement programs and predictive maintenance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily power plant performance metrics to ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on performance deviations and implement corrective engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast plant efficiency and fuel consumption patterns.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams to optimize plant start-stop cycles and load balancing.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Lead initiatives to improve thermal plant efficiency and reduce auxiliary power consumption.
- Support the lifecycle management of critical plant equipment through performance trend monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a power generation or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PI System, Tableau, or Excel VBA).
- In-depth understanding of thermodynamic cycles, boiler operations, and power plant control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
