- Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies and execution plans
- Lead performance engineering team, providing technical mentorship and direction
- Develop, maintain, and optimize performance testing frameworks and automation tools
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define performance benchmarks
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions
- Document performance test results and create actionable improvement reports
- Stay current with industry trends in performance engineering and testing tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in performance engineering with 3+ years leadership
- Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, K6)
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases, and cloud platforms
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
- Certifications in performance testing or cloud architecture preferred
