You will be the primary advocate for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), ensuring that system scalability, reliability, and speed are not just met but optimized. The ideal candidate will orchestrate the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to post-deployment analysis, while managing cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure top-tier quality delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define, document, and track Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage end-to-end performance testing lifecycles, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives.
- Identify, document, and mitigate performance-related risks and bottlenecks throughout the SDLC.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to resolve defects and optimize system responsiveness.
- Ensure project delivery timelines are strictly followed without compromising quality.
- Conduct post-deployment performance reviews and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical or QA environment.
- Proven expertise in Performance Testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Strong understanding of NFRs and how they impact software architecture and user experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
